Breath-centered yoga. A practice that meets you where you are.
Yoga is not about fitting your body into a pose or your experience into someone else's idea of what yoga should be. It is about learning to pay attention, exploring the connection between body and mind, and discovering through practice what helps you live well.
Our classes bring together the depth of traditional yoga with a contemporary, evidence-informed perspective. Through breath-led movement, postures, breathing practices, and meditation, we cultivate strength, awareness, and a deeper understanding of ourselves.
Our approach is gentle yet purposeful, open-minded, and free from dogma. Every body and every person is different, and the practice should reflect that. Whether you are new to yoga or have been practicing for years, you will find a welcoming space to explore at your own pace, develop your practice, and learn through direct experience.
You don't need to be a certain kind of person or have a certain kind of body to practice yoga. You just need to be willing to explore.
Classes are taught in English and are open to all levels.
MEET OREN
Yoga has been part of my life for two decades, and teaching has been my full-time vocation for 15 years. My path has taken me around the world and led me to periods of intensive practice and study in India, where I learned from some of the most renowned yoga masters and continued to deepen my understanding of the practice.
What keeps me committed to yoga is not the pursuit of perfect postures or predetermined answers, but the possibility of understanding myself more deeply and learning to live with greater awareness. I love sharing the insights and experience I have gathered over the years, while continuing to learn through my own practice.
My teaching is gentle and caring, grounded in the tradition of T. Krishnamacharya and rooted in the belief that yoga should adapt to the individual, not the other way around. I draw on traditional teachings while remaining open-minded, questioning, and attentive to contemporary knowledge. Rather than telling students how they should feel or what they should experience, I encourage them to investigate their own experience and discover what the practice reveals to them.
I see myself as a practitioner first and a teacher second. My intention is to share what I have learned, create a space where people feel accepted and supported, and help each student discover what yoga can offer them.
Come practice with me, bring your curiosity, and discover for yourself.
